Hi, everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look at this BulletProof Hitches sway control two-ball platform. This dual-sided hitch ball is going to let you add a friction-style sway controlling unit which is sold separately to your BulletProof Hitches adjustable ball mount. Now, I do wanna point out right up front that I am using the adjustable ball mount identified by the model number HD308. This is designed to slide into your three-inch hitch receiver. This is not included with this.
Our discussion today is going to be just based around this ball platform. So I just wanted to put this in a ball mount just so you can see what this is going to look like. So included with this is, you are going to get this hitch ball platform. You're also going to get the sway control ball, and then you're going to get the two pins and clip. So just wanted you to know that upfront.
And this hitch ball platform is going to attach to your BulletProof Hitches adjustable ball mount. This is going to give you a two inch-ball and a 2 5/16 inch hitch ball, of course, giving you that connection point that you're gonna need for your trailer's coupler. This adjustable design is going to let you easily match your trailer's height. You're just going to slide the ball platform up or down that adjustable channel that you have on your ball platform and then you're gonna be able to secure it as you can see here, with the included pins and clips. Now, the gross towing weight for the two-inch ball is 12,000 pounds and the gross towing weight with the 2 5/16 inch hitch ball is 36,000 pounds.
And this sway control ball is going to let you mount one friction-style sway control on your ball mount. Of course, that's going to be sold separately, but this sway control ball is included and I have it loosely connected. And this is going to be able to install on either side of this hitch ball platform. The diameter of this sway control ball is one inch and this does feature a sturdy steel construction and a black powder-coat finish that's not only going to help resist rust and corrosion, but it will match your BulletProof Hitches adjustable ball mount as well. This does have a limited lifetime warranty.
